Recordings

Unfortunately, the plans for me to record my first solo CD came to nothing in the end, but here you can find a list of CDs that have already been produced that I am singing on!

There are only a few, but I hope you'll agree with me that quality counts for more than quantity.

LATEST NEWS is that a CD has been recorded of Moving On and is now available from Dress Circle.

THE BEGGAR'S OPERA

We recorded this one in the Swan Theatre in Stratford upon Avon, where the production was performed, and it really makes a difference to the atmosphere of the album. More details of this production on the Theatre page.

I'm sorry but I still think I look pretty!

Martin Guerre MARTIN GUERRE

This is the recording of the 1999 UK tour cast, and I sing the role of Judge Coras in Act 2. During the rest of the show I sang as part of the ensemble, and if you have sharp ears you can just about hear me murmuring discontentedly along with the other villagers.

ASPECTS OF LOVE

I don't have an image for this one yet, but I sang on the original London cast recording of Aspects of Love, along with Michael Ball. I didn't have much to do, mostly ensemble, but I have two solo lines, one in the opening scene from The Master Builder, and later on in the cafe scene I got to sing 'the theatre's my life'!

ROBERT AND ELIZABETH

This is an old recording of a production from Chichester in 1987. The show told the love story of Elizabeth Barrett and Robert Browning, and I sang the role of one of Elizabeth's brothers. I was amazed to discover that it is still available!
